From 1 July 2024 there are a number of changes to the Medicare Benefits Schedule.

The main change is that most general medical services items, most diagnostic imaging items and pathology items in group P12 have been indexed by 3.5 percent. 

Below is a quick reference for new items and deleted items by specialty.
