Adding Past Appointment

Adding Past Appointment

There are times where you will need to record an appointment for a date and time that is in the past.

This task is completed from the appointment book window in Impulse.
  1. On the main top menu, select Appointment
  2. Select Record Past Appointment from the list
  3. A new pop up screen will appear to search for the patient
  4. Once the patient is selected a new screen will appear
  5. Click the + button
  6. Select Location
  7. Select Provider
  8. Select treatment type
  9. Select the date
  10. Select the time
  11. Click the tick button to save
