AIR Individual Immunisation History Details

The AIR Individual Immunisation History Details is a retrieve Web Service which will process the request and send a response message in real-time.
Following the positive identification of an individual and using their individual identifier, this service will:
  1. Retrieve the individual’s immunisation history as recorded on the AIR,
  2. Return the individual’s vaccine Due Details,
  3. Return the individual’s Immunisation History, and
  4. Return whether any encounters and episodes are editable (able to be updated by the provider)
Due Details
If there is a due vaccine for an individual returned; then the vaccine due details for each will consist of:
  1. Disease (Name of the antigen),
  2. Vaccine dose, and
  3. Due date
If there is no list of vaccines due for an individual returned, then display the text ‘There are no vaccinations due for this individual’ 

Immunisation History Details
If there is an immunisation history for an individual returned; then the encounters list will consist details of:
  1. each encounter,
  2. episode/s within each encounter, and
  3. any relevant information for each episode.
Encounter History Contains
  1. Date (date Of Service)
  2. Vaccine/Brand (full name of the vaccine Code)
  3. Dose (vaccine Dose)
  4. Status (status)
  5. Reason Code (code)
If there is no immunisation history for an individual returned, then display text ‘No immunisation history is recorded for this individual’ 

If there is no list of vaccines due for an individual returned, then derive your own message to display using
the text ‘There are no vaccinations due for this individual’ 

Impulse Patient Details
Search and Select patient
  1. In Patient details, Click IHI/AIR Button.
  2. Click Get Air ID
  3. This identifies the patient with an encrypted identifier.
  4. Click 'Retrieve Patient Air Immunisation History'
  5. Click Get Report Button.
