Appointment book

The Appointment System is one of the main modules of Impulse. It is very user friendly and flexible.
The most complicated appointment schedules are easily managed either by an appointment schedule or changes to the appointment book for that day.
All information is highly visible with side task bars allowing access to most of the Impulse modules for easy navigation and access to additional patient information.

The following features are some of the highlights of this system: 
  1. Separate Appointment Book for each doctor
  2. Unlimited Provider Appointment Schedules can be set up
  3. Daily Appointment Templates, allow work hour selection and schedule customization
  4. Double Booking
  5. Deleting Appointments requiring confirmation to avoid ‘accidents’.
  6. Arriving Patients. The "Arrived" button starts the timer for the length of time in minutes that  a patient has been waiting
  7. Tab available to show when patient enters consultation.
  8. When Consult completed billing can be done and colour codes the appointment book to reflect billing is complete
  9. Appointment Location\Provider highlighted when selected
  10. Unlimited Appointment Treatments can be entered and Colour Coded
  11. Extra appointment slots can be added to the daily appointment book making further appointment slots available
  12. Appointment slots can be Blocked off as Not Available by simple selection
  13. Alteration of Appointment Date Times is simple to use
  14. Side Taskbar Tab for Easy access to Find Next Available Appointment
  15. Comments for Entering Free Text. This function is ideal for the making of appointments for the doctor eg. Seminars or meetings, or simple reminder messages.
  16. Copying and Moving Appointments
  17. Appointment Waiting List
  18. Adding to Doctor Appointment Waiting List
  19. You can move an Appointment from one time slot to another within a day
  20. A next appointment prints on patient invoice receipt
  21. Patient arrived In appointment book is automatically put into the Waiting Room

  1. Set Up Appointment Treatments Types
