Online Veteran Verification: PVP and PVV
Online Veteran Verification provides the functionality to verify that the Veteran patient details match those held by DVA.
There are 2 types of Online Veteran Verification available:
- PVP: Patient Verification DVA with personal details only
- PVV: Patient Verification DVA with DVA File number and personal details.
Add A DVA Card
Select tab 1 Cards in Patient Details.
Select the Add button to open the Patient Card window.
Click Add
Select the card group the card belongs to e.g. System.
Select the Card ID Type you will be adding e.g.
- Veteran Affairs - All Conditions [Gold card]
- Veteran Affairs - LIMITED Conditions [White Card]
Enter Card Number and expiry date.
Select card entitlement for DVA, Gold or White.
Tick to save.
Select The tab PVV
Eligibility will show on screen.
PVP verification
Patient has No DVA card entered.
Select PVV
Eligibility will show on screen
