Patient Recalls
Recall types can be set up to identify the type of Recall for a Patient
Recall Types are setup in Admin\Recalls\Recall Types Setup.
A Recall Type can be setup to have the recall set by
- SMS
- Letter
- Phone.
To add a Patient Recall
- Click Tab 3 Recalls in Patient Details within the patients file.
- Click the Add button to open the Recall List window.
- Select the type of Recall the patient is required to be listed on and Click the Select button.
- In The top half of the Patient Recall Screen select the Advise BY Recall Type
- Select the Add button next to the Sequence # box to create a new recall sequence.
- In the Due Date field enter the calendar date the patient must present for the recall
- Click Save To attached the recall to the patient select.
