PRODA-Update Encounter

You can select Update Encounter if you submitted the original encounter and haven’t been paid for the encounter.
or If the encounter was paid you can update the details.

Impulse Medico- Legal providers only can access this functionality.

In Impulse
  1. Search and Select patient
  2. In Patient Details select Tab7-Immunisation.
  3. Click Edit
  4. Select The Vaccine to Update
  5. Click Edit Button on the navigation bar to edit Immunisation record when Immunisation Register Screen opens.
  6. Message to screen will advise that 'Immunisation has been submitted and that you should update Encounter if you change the record'.
  7. Click Ok to message
  8. Select Vaccine Name from dropdown
  9. Enter Vaccine batch Code and Serial number
  10. Tick to Save
  11. Click Update Encounter button.
This will send updated record to Medicare.
