There are a number of different services that you can link to your organisation within PRODA. By linking a service provider, you are stating that you want to access the services provided.
Medicare Online is a service provider which needs to be linked, if you wish to send claims electronically. If you use AIR, you will also need to link HPOS for AIR.
PLEASE NOTE: you will need to have completed both your
individual and
organisation registration before you can link any service provider.
Step 1
Once you are logged in PRODA, select Organisations from the main menu (as shown below)

Click on the organisation you want to add a service provider to

Select the Service Provider tab, and then click the Add Service Provider button
Step 4
Click on the Medicare Online/ECLIPSE/DVA/AIR option and click Add Service Provider
Step 5
You will then be directed to the organisation linking system.
You will need to read and accept the Linking Terms and Conditions.
Step 6
You will then need to identify your organisation. Please select NO when it asks if you have a PKI certificate no this Minor ID.
In the identifier field you will need to enter your practices Minor ID. This starts with CNS0.
Once entered, hit the Next button
Step 7
Once you organisation has been linked, simply click the Next button, and then the finish button.
You should now see Medicare Online under your linked services.
