Zoho Assist Installation


Open your Web Browser and enter the following URL: mednet.com.au/remotesupport.

        

Click the Enter button on your keyboard.

Click the Button ‘CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD REMOTE SUPPORT PROGRAM’




Once the button above is clicked you will be asked to save the application



Click the drop down next to ‘Save’, Click ‘Save As’.


 Select the folder C:\Program Files or (x86)\MedNetwork and click Save.

      

   
    Double Click the CustomerPlugin.exe and wait for the install to complete.

      

    When complete a Desktop Icon will appear.
    Double click this icon to start Zoho.

     

   Enter the Session ID supplied by MedNet Assist. Usually in the format 123456789

  

Click Join Session to allow our Support Staff to Connect through the remote session.

      When our support staff have completed the support request please click the option ‘Stop Sharing’ on Zoho Assist.


Zoho Single Session connect

 

      Open your Web Browser and enter the following URL: mednet.com.au/remotesupport

      Select the option as below for a single session login.

     
     
     Enter the Session ID supplied by Mednet Support in the format 123456789

Click connect

      When our support staff have completed the support request please click the option ‘Stop Sharing’ on Zoho Assist.
