Click the Enter button on your keyboard.
Click the Button ‘CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD REMOTE SUPPORT PROGRAM’
Once the button above is clicked you will be asked to save the application
Click the drop down next to ‘Save’, Click ‘Save As’.
Select
the folder C:\Program Files or (x86)\MedNetwork and click Save.
Click Join Session to allow our Support Staff to Connect through the remote session.
When
our support staff have completed the support request please click the option ‘Stop
Sharing’ on Zoho Assist.
